Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase doesn't fit to your liking or doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request to return any new, unused and unaltered item within 21 days of purchase. Items can be returned for size exchange or refund providing all product tags, labels and packaging is also returned (as new condition). For clarity items worn on the bike (whether rider or pillion passenger) cannot be returned.
Returns are evaluated by UrbanBiker in line with our obligations under the current New Zealand consumer legislation. Please email info@urbanbiker.co.nz so we clearly understand your request and work out how we can respond. If your request is accepted, you will be provided with a full refund so long as the returned product is in the same condition it was in when you received it (as new condition).
